Properties we consider
We look at single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, townhouses, condos, mobile homes, rental portfolios, apartment buildings, multifamily properties, commercial buildings, mixed-use properties, land, and other real estate. The property does not have to be updated, fully occupied, or move-in ready.

What “as-is” means
Contact us before spending money on repairs or cleanout. We evaluate the property in its current condition. If we reach an agreement, the written purchase terms will explain what stays, what moves, and any help available with belongings.
When a traditional listing may be better
A fully updated house with plenty of time to market may bring a higher retail price through a real estate agent. A direct sale trades some of that retail upside for speed, simplicity, and fewer steps. We want you to understand that tradeoff before deciding.
